2. How can I create my own website using your services?
PRO International's system is very easy to follow. Just choose a desired website Design from more than 5000 designs of any kind, tell us what you want, and finally get a professional high quality website.

3. Do I need any special skills in web design to do the process?
No, you don't need any special skills at all. All you need is to chat with one of our managers and explain what information you want in your website. The rest of the work will be done for you by our Flash Designers.

4. Why are we better than a regular web design studio?
Hiring a design studio to create your website from scratch will take a lot more time and money than choosing one of our designs and then having us modify it to give it a unique look and fit your company's style. Plus, you will get a very good idea of what your website will be like prior to spending your money.

5. Why are our services so fast and inexpensive?
Our designers do not have to start by creating new website layouts. They work with pre-made web designs, so our designers only need to change (update) existing web designs according to the customer's requirements.

6. How can I explain exactly what I want?
Professional support managers will be assigned to your project. You will communicate with them via chat, e-mail or phone. You don't need any technical skills to give us the idea of your future site. Our professional and experienced staff will give you all the assistance and advice that you may need.

7. How long will it take to get the results?
Once you have explained to our manager exactly what you desire, the manager will set the preliminary term of delivery. Typically it takes between 1 to 2 weeks, but there can be some delays if you don't provide the necessary information, such as correct contact information or files (texts, images, etc.)

8. What do I have to do to avoid delays and get my desired result?
Please provide correct and full information about yourself and your Company. According to US legislation your information will not be used in any way, other than to provide us with the details of your project. Make sure you have all the necessary information and files (texts, images) that will allow our manager to completely understand your project, give you the right quote and proceed with production.

9. What should I do if I don't like the results?
When your project is finalized you receive an e-mail with the adress of your website. If you don't agree with the result you may have it changed it by chatting with our manager and requesting any necessary updates.

10. What if my time zone is different to yours?
This is not a problem. We provide you with a lot of ways to complete the process:: committed chat rooms, phone-lines, and e-mail support.

11. How can I chat with the manager if my English is bad?
That is not a problem! We can comunnicatte with you in several lenguages: English, Spanish and Portuguese. If you don't know how to speak any of this three languages fluently, do not worry. 12. What is design customization?
It is the process of changing (updating) a design according to the customer's requirements. You may order adding your text and images, changing colors and size, creating custom scripts and flash animated areas. You may order anything you desire and our Flash Designers will bring it to life for you!

13. Which customization services can I order?
You may order any customization you want. We provide a wide range of services, from simple pasting customer's text, to creating custom scripts and flash animations. Special customization like "web search" are not included in our packages. You will have to pay extra for it. What our packages include is: to change the text, company logo, slogan, pictures, contact form, general information and adapt existing flash animations to your company.

14. What is Special Costumization?
These are all the extras that you can include in your website but are not included in our package prices. You may include in your website anything you want and not be limited by the package options.
