PRO Internacional maintains this website as a service for its visitors and clients. By using this website, you accept the Terms and Conditions of our firm: PRO Internacional S.R.L.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our services and products are protected by Copyright laws. The copy or distribution of any of them are specifically prohibited, without formal authorization from PRO Internacional. 

Clients are entirely responsible for the contents provided to incorporate to the websites (such as, photos, text, documents, etc). PRO Internacional does not take any liability in the case that the provided contents should break any legal regulations, e.g. Intellectual Property Rights.

The Client agrees to the inclusion of the text “Web Design by PRO Internacional” at the bottom part of the website.

PRO Internacional undertakes to carefully handle all of the Client's information, ensuring the confidentiality of all the information supplied for the correct development of the project.


CLIENT'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

All communication between the Client and PRO Internacional will be maintained by e-mail, so that everything is registered in writing for clarity and avoidance of miscommunication.

If the Client requests a meeting with the Project Manager in charge of his/her website development, this will be held in PRO Internacional´s offices and will not have any additional charge. Meetings held at the Client´s company will have an extra charge of USD 25 + tax per meeting (in Montevideo, Uruguay).

The Client will be entitled to perform, at any time, all the activities needed to keep track of the project - personally or through an agent, with the aim of knowing and verifying the fulfillment of the different stages of the development, and its adjustment to the agreed guidelines.

Likewise, the Client will be obliged to fully, timely, and efficiently collaborate with Pro Internacional when required, as a condition for the progress of the project and its results.

The received content must consist, whenever possible, of images in editable formats, so it is possible to extract the different elements without any process at all. In the case of text, it must necessarily be in a format that allows the handling of the text (Word), and not as a graphic element that could involve typing the text for its inclusion on the site. The photos must be delivered in digital format.

PRO Internacional will not review the grammatical and orthographic accuracy of the contents provided by the client.

The contents for project development will be provided all at once and not delivered at different times.

The website development period will be subject to the Client´s delivering the materials in a timely manner, and making the corrections when PRO Internacional requests them.

The client will have a maximum of 30 days to request for the corrections he/she wishes to make to the website (once PRO Internacional has delivered a preliminary version of the site). After this period, PRO Internacional will consider the project completed. If the Client wishes to make any changes after the 30 days, these will have additional cost.

IMPORTANT: The Client's correction instance implies verifying that all contents have been properly uploaded. This instance does NOT imply, under any circumstances, sending new contents, or changing the existing contents (which the Client had previously sent).

If the Client´s demands are not reasonable (for example, changing the basic design the Client had previously approved, after the project is finished), PRO Internacional has the right to decide whether to fulfill them or not, and in the case corrections are made, an additional charge could be imposed on the Client.

PRICES, PAYMENT AND VALIDITY OF THE PROPOSAL:
1) Prices on the website do not include taxes. For customers outside Uruguay, taxes are not applicable.

2) Prices apply to the purchase of the full package. Discounts in case of excluding a part of the package will be discussed on a per case basis.

3) The payment of a percentage or the full price of a package is considered a sign of approval of the proposal, including the Terms and Conditions.

4) After the purchase of any of our services, prices and validity of the proposal will be maintained for a maximum of 3 calendar months. When the stated period has passed, if the client has not contacted Pro Internacional to make the progress of the project possible (sending materials, design selection, answering e-mail, etc.), no matter the causes of the lack of communication, PRO Internacional will have the legal right to consider it a finished project, with a previous written notice to the Client, who will not be able to demand any kind of compensation.

5) The validity of the proposal includes what the client initially hired. If the client wishes to make any additions and/or changes to what he had initially requested, these will have an additional cost, and the Client will be able to pay for them with credits.



HOSTING SERVICE, DOMAIN, AND E-MAIL ACCOUNTS

PRO Internacional outsources the Hosting service with the American companies: Lunarpages and Globat. PRO Internacional will not be liable in case of failures in the Hosting server. Nevertheless, it does promise to give online support and contact the Hosting company to try to solve the problem (of any kind), as soon as possible.

E-mail protection and security: If the client fails to enter the password correctly more than 5 times, the account will be blocked. This is a security system implemented by the Hosting company to avoid attacks (the same way cards work when withdrawing money from an ATM). If this happens, the Client will have to request PRO Internacional to contact the Hosting company to unblock the e-mail account.

Anti Spam Policy: Spam (massive mailing) is penalized by Internet Servers. Each e-mail account will be able to send up to 400 e-mails per hour. If one of the accounts exceeds this quota, it will be blocked, as it is considered Spam. To unblock it, the Client will have to ask PRO Internacional to contact the Hosting company and enter an unblock request ticket. If the situation persists, the case will be studied, and the Hosting company may terminate the service for failing to comply with the Antispam policies in force.
